Each model features solid, wear-resistant shafts with welded discs and shredding tools. The disc shape and arrangement are tailored for material-specific efficiency. To fine-tune output, the shredding unit’s counter combs can be mechanically or hydraulically adjusted, depending on the model—allowing control over throughput and grain size.

Concrete Shafts: Equipped with this pair of shafts, the CoreShred 250 is perfectly suited to reliably crush construction and demolition waste, not just cut it.

Metal Shafts: These extra-robust shredding shafts are primarily used in the CoreShred 900, making it ideal for processing automotive and light scrap.

Star Shafts: All models in the Core Shredder Line deliver consistent performance with these universal shafts, enabling flexible application possibilities and ensuring maximum versatility across different materials.
