Process description
Green Waste
Shredding: The unshredded material is fed into the machine. The shredding rotor, fitted with a customizable selection of teeth, reduces even the toughest material to the desired particle size. The long discharge conveyor takes the material directly to the next processing step.
Screening & Washing: The Racoon is a mobile screening machine which is additionally pumped with water to rid the biomass of unwanted surface contaminants such as earth and stones.
Trunk Wood
Chipping: A loader or mobile crane loads materials such as wood slabs, branches or trunk wood onto the feed table. The solid chipping rotor reduces the materials reliably to the required, predefined size.
Screening: Trommel or star screens precisely separate even the trickiest materials by size. This produces a homogeneous material that is ideal for subsequent processing.
